New location. Great wash and dry- powerful dryers! Appreciate the service and small touches like giving customers a disposable towel, and the air compressors on each vacuum (two vacuums on each side of your car as well). Glad they came to our area! Gentilly needed a car wash! 10/10- highly recommend!

Best deal is the subscription. One wash per day and unlimited vacuuming! The wash does a good job and my truck’s tires really shine too. There’s time for a final wipe down in the vacuum bays. Each bay has 2 vacuum hoses on either side, a little air gun and at the end of the row they have a car mat wash. Perfect for those who like a clean vehicle.

You clean excess bugs off car before driving into actual car wash. Person @ station to help with selections. Does a pretty good job cleaning & drying. Easy in & out.

First time was today. I did not buy the monthly pass because I told the nice gentleman it was my 1st time and I needed to check it out. I will be back to buy that 30.00 monthly unlimited package. That black truck is clean with no effort.

I had an amazing experience at this car wash, thanks to Mr. Kenny, the Site Manager, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Being the first customer to sign up for a membership online at this location, the staff initially struggled to find and process my membership, but Mr. Kenny handled it smoothly. He even walked over my RFID sticker himself and made sure I was good to go. When I ran my car through the wash, he noticed that certain areas—like the bottom of my doors and the rear bumper—were still dirty. He explained that due to the specific design of my car, the wash might not reach those spots and suggested using the bug wash on those areas first. Mr. Kenny then let me run my car through the wash again and personally oversaw the entire process to ensure everything was clean and to my satisfaction. After I left, I received a call from Nadia, the Customer Service Rep, following up to make sure my membership was sorted out. And the young lady who greeted me when I first arrived was also super helpful. It felt like everyone on the team was genuinely supportive, and we all learned together through the process! This level of care and dedication from the staff is why I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location for exceptional service!

Love Love Rick's Car Wash. They used really good products for a $20 dollar wash my car stays clean for at least a week especially if there's no rain. I love their vacuum cleaner Super strong suction. Oh don't forget about the free towel and air freshener with every wash.😁 …

It's the little details that make this my favorite car wash ever. Besides the great outside wash, customers are given a thick, good quality cloth to clean the inside of their vehicle. Monthly customers also receive an air freshener - I absolutely love the smell! Vacuums are free with car wash, and my favorite part of this is that they provide compressed air pressure to clean out the vents, etc. Best thing ever! And to top off the great experience, the employees are helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this car wash! I’ve been coming here since it first opened and it’s my #1 “Go To” car wash in Gentilly! I love the fact on Monday’s you get a buy 1 get 1 free 🆓 wash and who doesn’t love free! I like when they give you brand new car fresheners and it’s never a long wait to get in and out! There’s lots of spaces for people to vacuum out their cars and the vacuums are strong! 💪🏽 I highly recommend this car wash!
